ALTAVAIR FURTHER EXPANDS MARKETING TEAM
SEATTLE, WA – (June 15, 2022) – Altavair L.P. (“Altavair”), a global leader in commercial aviation lease finance, announced today the appointment of Brian Rynott as Senior Vice President, Marketing – Americas. Mr. Rynott will play a key role in expanding and deepening relationships across the Americas to further grow Altavair’s managed fleet of leased commercial aircraft.
Mr. Rynott brings over 20 years of airline and aviation experience to Altavair. Prior to joining Altavair, Mr. Rynott held senior positions at Alinda Capital Partners, an independent investment manager, and Alton Aviation Consultancy, where he contributed to the firm’s practice areas in aircraft financing and leasing, airline advisory and restructuring, and strategy and management consulting engagements. Previously, Mr. Rynott was the Chief Investment Officer with Intrepid Aviation, a commercial aircraft lessor, where his primary responsibilities included implementing, managing and directing the company’s risk and portfolio management groups. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Risk Management at aircraft lessor AWAS, in their Dublin and New York offices. He began his career with American Airlines in a variety of revenue management roles before joining American Express’ Enterprise Risk Management and Airline Center of Excellence teams.
