Mr. O’Hagan joined Altavair in June 2024 as Head of Marketing with responsibility for marketing the company’s capabilities along with origination of new business, marketing of aircraft available for lease or sale and airline client relationships globally.
Mr. O’Hagan has 34 years of aviation experience with deep industry knowledge and has previously held senior positions at Bank of America, ASL Aviation and Ryanair. Prior to Altavair Mr. O’Hagan headed the commercial aircraft marketing team of Bank of America leasing since 2008. During his 34 years of experience, he has overseen a large number of complex cross border aircraft transactions in various parts of the globe.
Mr. O’Hagan is a former EASA qualified aircraft maintenance engineer and holds a Diploma in Aviation Management from Technical University of Dublin (TUD) and a Masters of Business Administration from Trinity College, University of Dublin. Mr. O’Hagan is also a Certified Aircraft Appraiser with accreditation from the International Society for Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT).
