Mr. Collister has over 35 years of experience in commercial aviation, beginning his career at The Boeing Company in 1988 as an engineer. After leaving Boeing in 1998, he joined Northwest Aerospace Technologies, a start-up retrofit engineering company that later was acquired by the Zodiac / Safran Group. In 2001, Mr. Collister joined the leasing company Boullioun Aviation Services as a Technical Director. Five years later, he helped launch Cascade Aircraft Solutions, a technical consulting company, where he oversaw design, manufacture, and delivery of 747-400ERF at Boeing’s production facilities. In 2008, he joined Altavair as a Technical Director. He is responsible for managing aircraft transitions and major modifications and conversions. Mr. Collister graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1987 with a BS in Civil Engineering.
