Ms. O’Keeffe joined Altavair in 2022. She is responsible for the Human Resources function at Altavair, covering employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and compliance. Prior to joining Altavair, Ms. O’Keeffe spent five years working in Human Resources at aircraft lessor Goshawk, having previously started her HR career in SME consultancy firm The HR Company. Ms. O’Keeffe holds a B.A. from University College Dublin and a Diploma from the National College of Ireland and is accredited with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
