Ms. Flynn joined Altavair in 2023 and is responsible for managing Altavair’s Dublin office, as well as providing operational support, including Event Management, to the wider Altavair Group. She has extensive experience in the Aviation Industry, having previously worked at Santos Dumont as Operations Director and Company Secretary, and at AWAS (now DAE) as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She holds a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Dublin Business School (DBS), and a CIPD Award in Employment Law & Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland (NCI). Ms. Flynn also holds a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, PR & Sales from NCI, a Diploma in Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute, and a National Certificate in Business Studies from Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT).
