Mr. Bowen joined Altavair in 2006 as Marketing Director covering deal origination in the EMEA region as well as managing certain of Altavair’s lending relationships. He has since transitioned within Altavair to be Director of Remarketing and Sales for the entire portfolio of managed assets. Mr. Bowen has worked in the Aviation space for 38 years having spent 13 years in the Aviation Finance Department of Den Norske Bank, London, lending to airlines and lessors, followed by 8 years at Finova Capital Limited in a similar role just prior to joining Altavair. Mr. Bowen was ultimately responsible for winding down the Finova UK operations after the takeover by a Berkshire Hathaway-led buyout.
