Mr. Fuertes is responsible for Altavair’s airline coverage and origination efforts for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He joined Altavair in 2021 with over a decade of commercial aviation experience. Before joining, Mr. Fuertes worked in the Corporate Finance Team for Goshawk Aviation Limited. Prior to that, he was based in London for six years serving as a VP of Marketing for DVB Bank covering airlines and lessors in EMEA. Mr. Fuertes started his career as a Corporate Finance Associate for the major airline group IAG. He holds a double BA degree in Business and Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a CFA Charterholder since 2017.
