Ms Daly joined Altavair in 2025, as Head of People, to lead the HR function, ensuring the company’s talent, culture, and organisational capabilities align with the company’s strategic objectives. With more than two decades of Human Resources experience, including senior leadership roles across nutritional wellness, private equity, and consultancy, she plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and scaling organisations effectively. Prior to joining Altavair, Ms. Daly served as the international People leader at AG1, where she co-created and executed the people strategy for the company’s international markets. Her prior experience includes senior HR leadership roles at Evara (formerly Quintain), AerCap, and Hudson Advisors, overseeing HR strategy, organisational development, and people programmes across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

Ms Daly holds an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and participated in the prestigious Banco Santander W50 leadership programme with UCLA Anderson School of Management. She also holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Diploma in Business Executive & Personal Coaching from the Institute of Leadership & Management through the Coach Institute of Ireland, and a Bachelor of Social Science degree from University College Cork.
