Ms. Tietjens joined Altavair in 2005 and is responsible for cash management, banking relationships, and debt management for Altavair managed aviation funds. Prior to Altavair, she worked in mortgage lending at Flagstar Bank. Ms. Tietjens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
